Corinthian Gulf Villa is a private residence designed and constructed in Poseidonia, Corinthia, overlooking the Corinthian Gulf. Completed in 1997, the 400 m² residence is set within a 5,000 m² landscaped property organised around gardens, shaded outdoor areas, a swimming pool and spaces for year-round outdoor living.

The architectural composition draws on neoclassical and Mediterranean references through a symmetrical façade, white rendered surfaces, marble entrance steps, articulated cornices, decorative balustrades and a tiled roof. The central entrance is emphasised by a broad ceremonial staircase and a balanced arrangement of projecting balconies and vertical openings.

The landscape design plays a defining role in the project. Mature planting, olive trees, palms, dense hedges, brick-paved paths, a timber pavilion and the pool area create a sequence of private exterior spaces that frame views towards the sea.

The project was undertaken as a complete design-and-build commission, integrating the architectural study, construction and exterior spatial organisation into a unified residential environment.
